This hotel was beautiful and the front desk staff was wonderful. Service went above and beyond which doesnt happen often these days. We asked for extra towels no rush and they were brought to our room within 5 minutes woth a smile. Breakfast was good and included and the outdoor soace was beautiful. It was really nice to step outside and access a nice pool bar wirh food options as well. I would recommend and stay here again!

Love the amenities, great people and great location, it was so much fun. Looking forward to staying again. Everyone was so friendly, the staff that welcomed us. The people at breakfast, even the people that served the food at the pool. They were also friendly and nice.

Great stay. Fantastic and courteous front desk staff. A young lady named Taleigha was very helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet and beds were comfy.

Upon arrival we were helped by Nadia. She was so nice and helpful! We were able to have our luggage held and went and ate the complimentary breakfast, so much to choose from! Then we got into our room and we were very impressed with how spacious the room was. There was a microwave, a mini fridge, and a small coffee maker. Also we had a seating area with a couch to just relax and not have to sit on the bed. Definitely recommend staying here, and a huge thanks to Nadia!

We arrived pretty late at night and were greeted by Nadia at the front desk. Even at that hour, she was full of energy and had such a warm, genuine smile. You can tell she truly cares about the guests she’s helping. We had a small issue with our first room, and she handled it quickly and smoothly without any hassle. She stayed positive and made the whole process easy for us. Nadia was professional, kind, and just genuinely pleasant to interact with. She made a great first impression, and we really appreciated her help!

Overall I had a great stay at this hotel with my family. This hotel is very kid friendly. The breakfast was good, the pools were fun with water slides, and having the mini golf was also great! The location of this hotel was also great, close to Disney World, Walmart, and food nearby. The customer service here is also great. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Mare was great with us with anything we needed. She was friendly and attentive. There is room for improvement in the rooms. I think the rooms need a bit upgrading. But the room had a microwave and mini fridge which came in handy for snacks and beverages.

The young lady I spoke with, Taaliyah (spelling?), was courteous, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the area. She took considerable time to thoroughly address my questions and provided clear, helpful guidance throughout the call. Based on the professionalism and service I experienced, we have decided to move forward with reserving accommodations at your property. We look forward to staying with you in July and will be calling next month to finalize our reservations.

Stayed for a Universal High School band trip. The workers were all very nice and accommodating to the 116 of us. Plenty of parking for 3 busses. Breakfast was good, repetitive but still great for free, coffee was excellent! Beds were comfortable, the ac in our room was good, shower had good pressure. Only issue was that when we had the room cleaned all of the towels were removed and none were left, had to get some from the front desk. Super convenient location to the Universal parks and Disney (we didn't go there this trip). Would definitely stay again!
